Allison Gertridge

Allison Gertridge is a well-established children's book author, designer/event planner, and editor with extensive expertise in creating engaging and educational content for young readers. She pursued Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts and English Language and Literature, General from the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University, respectively, to hone her skills in writing and storytelling. Allison has authored several books for young persons, including 'I Think I Like It,' 'Trim a Tree,' 'Skating Superstars,' and 'Meet Canadian Authors and Illustrators.'

Allison has worked as a Special Projects Editor at Scholastic Canada Ltd., where she leveraged her skills in content creation and editing to produce high-quality reading material for young people. Besides writing books, Allison also worked as a Designer/Event Planner at Nuts and Eggs and currently serves as the Alchemist and Chief Troublemaker at LiveTroublemaker.
