In her professional journey, Allison has held key roles such as Head of Global Communications/Marketing for Digital Financial Inclusion and Water & Sanitation Programs, Deputy Director for Global Communications focusing on Creative, Campaigns & Digital, and Senior Program Officer for Brand & Innovation, all at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to that, she served as the Senior Vice President for Social Impact & Philanthropy and earlier as Vice President at GMMB. She also contributed as Communications Director for Public Health & Social Impact at Soapbox Communications, Program Director at Resource Media, Editorial & Publicity Coordinator at SEAL PRESS, and as a Backcountry Ranger at the National Park Service.
