Allison Cruz is a seasoned manufacturing professional with over 12 years of experience in process engineering and manufacturing operations.

She excels in driving innovation through meticulous planning, extensive training, and decisive execution, demonstrating expertise in Storage Technology, particularly in Head Gimbal Assembly (HGA) and Slider and HDD processes.

Allison has played a vital role in establishing and qualifying Solar Technology Processes in the Philippines, overseeing processes from Wafer Cell fabrication to Solar Module assembly.
