Allison Chaffo

Allison Chaffo is an innovative and accomplished individual with a background in biomedical engineering. She attended Duke University where she earned her Bachelor of Science studying Biomedical Engineering, graduating with highest honors. Allison expanded her educational pursuits as an Affiliate Student at University College London, U. of London where she studied Biological Sciences in Fall 2013.

Allison has held several positions throughout her career, including a Technical Support Engineer at Epic, Biomedical Engineering NIH Summer Clinical Practicum at National Institutes of Health, Duke University, and a lifeguard/Swim Instructor at Duke University and the Murrysville Swim Club. Her robust experience has honed her skills in problem-solving, communication and customer service.

Her academic and professional experience have helped her build a strong foundation for her moves in dynamic environments, working on projects and conducting research. Her career in the medical field has given her the opportunity to help individuals and advance the field of biomedical engineering. She has a passion for using her skills, talent, and experience to improve patient care.
