Allen Taylor is the Managing Partner of Endeavor Catalyst, a co-investment fund under Endeavor, which focuses on supporting high-growth companies in emerging markets. With over 20 years of experience in economic development and venture capital, Allen has played a pivotal role in Endeavor's efforts to foster entrepreneurship globally, particularly in regions like Latin America and the Middle East.

Since its inception in 2012, Endeavor Catalyst has raised over $500 million across four funds and has made more than 300 investments in over 30 countries, including backing companies that have achieved valuations exceeding $1 billion, such as Rappi and Bukalapak.1 2 3 Allen is also known for his involvement in various boards and organizations related to entrepreneurship and venture capital, including Kauffman Fellows and Alter Global.1 3

He is a graduate of Princeton University and is based in Northern California, where he lives with his family.1 3
