Throughout his career, Allen has held several important positions in some of the most reputable financial institutions globally. He started as a Sales Support Officer at Societe Generale Bank (China) HQ where he delivered key strategic support to the bank's sales department. He then worked as a Senior Pension Product Manager at China Taiping Pension and was responsible for developing new pension products to meet customer demand while managing the funding mechanisms of the products. His subsequent position as a Pension Business Manager at CHINA CITIC BANK saw him provide expert management and advice to pension funds to optimize their investments, ensuring high returns.
