Provided technical Sales Overlay covering full Microsoft voice solutions both in the cloud in Office 365 as well as on premise solutions engineering/sales.  Owned/Drove sales opportunities from contact to deployment including creation of the Statement of Work, margin analysis, presentation, demo, pilot and project coordination.  Solution selling of unique product that incorporates Skype for Business with InterCall’s Reservation Plus audio conferencing system.  Served as the bridge between many different companies for complete solution and partner where/when needed to drive positive outcome.

Landed very large deals for State and Local Government in both Lync and Exchange. Worked with the local SE's and Account Executives within the Public Sectors and aided in the deals that were multi-million dollars and required long term focus. Worked closely with the account teams and the end customer, drove deals independently as required. Owned the opportunities and brought all resources in as needed including, pretrial labs, Consulting, and/or partners to drive the final implementation.  This position was a travel based position.
- Landed large contract vehicles to help accelerate MS Services Sales.

United Communications Sales Solution Professional – U.S. State and Local Government

As the Specialist Sales Manager Productivity (SSM-Productivity), added value to Microsoft State and Local Government sales by recruiting and developing high-performing SSP and TSP individuals and teams who met or exceeded cross- segment quota across the Information Worker (IW) workloads/solution areas. The products ranged from Microsoft Office, Exchange, Lync, SQL Server, and Operations Manager.
Moved back into a customer facing role after almost 3 years of managing this amazing team.
- Managing the overall team process to develop workload/solution area, competitive and strategic initiative opportunity and cross-segment pipeline assessment. 
- Developing and maintaining a valid, healthy SSP team pipeline.

Specialist Sales Manager – U.S. State and Local Government

As the founding member of a new team within Microsoft, it was an honor to build the team, become the industry experts and to share the customer knowledge back to corporate.  This team was built to be “the experts” in their technology and to be the final stop between Microsoft and their competitors.  There were 12 people on this travel based team that each had a specialty in Microsoft technology.  My specialty was in Active Directory, SMS and networking.  
- Worked closely with the Enterprise Accounts Teams to plan and execute pre-sales engagement across the U.S.
- Successfully drove the win rate versus competitors within assigned Server platform opportunities through the delivery of technical sales engagements (ADSs, POCs, etc.).

Principal Systems Engineer - National Technology Team

In the role of IT manager at Buena Vista Home Video (Disney), I owned the entire WinTel platform for the company.  I was responsible the budget for all Windows based machines from the desktops to the server lines.  I hired and trained the tier 1 support team all the way to the Tier 3 support for the networking side.  I also maintained a great relation with our midrange (AS400) team to maintain good data flow between the operational teams.

As IT manager for Buena Vista Home Video I was responsible for:
- Ensuring a smooth IT operations for everyone in the company
- Implemented a field sales force program with “hot swap” for problems that arise away from the office
- Managed the helpdesk and implemented a Service Level Agreement to all the stakeholders
- Managed the Novell Netware environment
- Managed the Lotus Mail environment
- Build the BVHV data center on the studio (leased) lot
o	Build out an entirely new infrastructure and cut over to the new Microsoft infrastructure 
o	Built out a server farm for file and print 
o	Build server farm for large COGNOS data mining project
o	Set up Management agents to monitor and keep new systems up to date
- Moved company over to Microsoft Exchange
- Implemented employee reviews
- Set up engineering contracts with external vendors for managing large data migrations from AS400’s to the WinTel platform

Project Manager – Information Systems

The role of R&D manager in a 10 person company, at the time I was hired, is a lot more than just R&D.  While there were a lot of great projects that were industry 1st’s that changed the way consumers in Japan still buy PC’s today, there was a lot of working as a team to get the shipment out as well.  This was a fantastic place to take skills and implement new ways of thinking about problems.

During my time at Susteen I:
- Worked closely with AMD and Diamond Technologies to develop the 1st high end systems to be sold on the Windows platform in Japan
- Developed BIOS that runs in Japanese language
- Set up service office in Tokyo for servicing of machines built in the U.S.
- Redesigned the build and burn in process to increase efficacy 
- Built computers, when the orders came in and we needed a larger team
- Authored the 1st contract for a U.S. based company to copy/license DOS-V and Windows J within the country.
- Authored printing for the manuals overseas
- Made several trips to Japan to establish the company name and business
