Allan Susoeff

Allan Susoeff, Jr. is a Consulting Professional Engineer with expertise in civil engineering, particularly focused on water resources. He obtained his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2000. In 2018, he achieved a PhD from the University of Sedona, following a Master's Degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics. Allan is actively involved in pioneering research areas like biophotonics, electromagnetics, and electrophotonic imaging, with a broader interest in energetics. He is affiliated with prestigious scientific organizations such as the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the Society for Scientific Exploration, and is engaged in various national and international think tank groups. Currently serving as the CEO of Think Tank Green, LLC, his recent projects include the development of an FDA approval assay for ultra-molecular signaling proteins, investigating the effects of intent on materials, and documenting the energetic signature of inorganic minerals.
