Currently, as the Founder of Alix Rufas International, Alix focuses on coaching, mentoring, and speaking engagements to inspire and guide leaders towards success.

Having coached over 300 leaders globally, organized 10 leadership retreats, and delivered more than 50 public talks, Alix possesses a wealth of experience in leadership development.
