Alix Passage

Alix Passage is a collaborative leader with a passion for using emotional intelligence to align an organization's vision. With a background in art and photography from Monmouth University, as well as an MB/A from Learning @ Morning Brew, Alix brings a unique perspective to her leadership roles. She has served as Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the CEO at the University City Science Center, as well as Office and Events Center Manager at the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Alix's experience also includes private event coordination at the Racquet Club of Philadelphia and front-of-house management at Bar Hygge. As the former owner of Alix Passage Photography, she has a keen eye for detail and a natural ability to sense what makes teams and employees tick. Alix's authentic and vulnerable approach to leadership has earned her a reputation as an award-winning team player who bridges gaps and improves processes.
