Customer Success Manager

Lead Enterprise clients through AdRoll's dynamic ad retargeting process. Responsible for 60+
clients at any given time, all with custom implementations, technical capabilities and advanced
customer requests. Front-line product expert, collaborating with product and engineering teams on
how to improve our product. Developed training programs, processes, and effective communication channels to ensure internal teams are equipped with up to date information regarding dynamic creative.
