Alistair Shepherd

Alistair Shepherd is the founder of Saberr, a company dedicated to helping managers evolve into effective leaders for their teams and organizations, with software used by over 40,000 individuals across 46 countries. He is also associated with prestigious institutions and has a diverse educational background, including a Doctor of Engineering in Transport, Energy, and the Environment from the University of Southampton, and entrepreneurship studies from Harvard University, MIT Sloan School of Management, and design thinking from Stanford University.

In addition to his role as the co-founder of Saberr, Alistair Shepherd holds the title of Fellow at the Kauffman Foundation and serves as a Startup Weekend Facilitator. His professional journey includes experiences such as being a Global Scholar at the Kauffman Foundation, co-founding a venture called Gone Sailing, and working in various capacities at renowned organizations like the University of Southampton and Outward Bound Hong Kong.
