Marketing Director

•	Partner with Division Merchandise Manager to run $1B fragrance business
•	Oversee all fragrance marketing functions including process, content & total advertising budget 
•	Lead strategy, marketing, digital website and partnerships for the Macy’s Scent Event, a seasonal key event in all 500 stores and online, focused on modernizing the customer experience, the season’s biggest fragrance launches, and perfumer story-telling
•	Partnered with The Fragrance Foundation and four leading fragrance houses (Firmenich, Givaudan, IFF and Symrise) to debut first ever immersive fragrance pop-up in HSQ where 75,000 customers visited (March 2017)
•	Created Macy’s partnership with Cosmopolitan magazine to support Scent Event and lead strategy for Macy’s digital micro-site dedicated to fragrance with first-ever fragrance quiz
•	Worked on all marketing inclusive of direct mail book, online experience, emails, social media and in-store support
•	Work directly with Buyers & Cosmetics Division to create seasonal floor plans, case-line up, and the visual promotional calendar
