Alissa Novoselick

Alissa Novoselick is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance, operations, arts administration, and education.

She pursued her education at the University of Michigan, where she studied English Language & Literature and History for her Bachelor of Arts degree. Subsequently, she obtained an MBA from Antioch University New England, enhancing her skill set with a focus on business administration.

Alissa Novoselick is recognized for her role as the Founder and Principal of Greater Impact, showcasing her leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to this, she held the position of VP of Finance and Operations at Empowerment Plan, demonstrating her proficiency in strategic financial management.

With a passion for the arts, Alissa Novoselick has served as the Executive Director at Living Arts in Detroit and the Tamarack Foundation for the Arts, contributing significantly to the growth and development of these organizations. Her experience extends to development roles, having been the Director of Development at the prestigious Carnegie Hall.

Before transitioning into arts administration, Alissa Novoselick shared her knowledge and passion for English as an educator, working as an English Teacher at Camp Verde High School.
