Alissa Farber has an impressive background in education and coaching, earning a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and an Ed.M in Human Development & Psychology from Harvard University Graduate School of Education. She has also studied as a Certified Professional Coach + Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Alissa has held multiple roles in various organizations, including Vice President at Positively Partners, Mentor at MassChallenge, and Consultant at The Social Innovation Forum. She was also the Founder of shift happens™– consulting + coaching, Program Director of T3 Initiative at Teach Plus, National Director of Program Leadership at Citizen Schools, Director of Expanded Learning Time Planning & Implementation at Citizen Schools, and Consultant at Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education.
