Alissa Brandon

Alissa Brandon is a dedicated professional with a strong aspiration to excel in the medical device industry by utilizing her research background, engineering expertise, and project management skills to lead high-performing teams and ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion.

Alissa has a proven history of fostering collaborative relationships within the highly regulated medical device sector, spanning various functional areas such as Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and R&D. Her specialties include Leadership & Team Building, Project Management, New Product Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Tufts University and has undergone additional studies at the University of Melbourne and Mamaroneck High School.

Alissa has held several key roles at Boston Scientific, including CEO Action for Equity Fellow, Project Management Manager I, Global Lead of the Young Professionals Network, Associate Project Manager, Quality Engineer I and II, Scientist I, Co-Founder and Co-Captain of the Young Professionals Network, and Product Analyst I.

Prior to her tenure at Boston Scientific, she also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Serica Technologies, Inc., and as a Research Collaborator at Tufts University.
