Alison Whitten

Alison Whitten is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive educational background. She holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Design from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Alison has gained valuable experience and expertise through her roles in various organizations. Currently, she serves as the Community Development Practice and Capability Lead at the City of Melbourne. Prior to this, she held the position of Sustainable and Resilient Precincts Lead and Senior Portfolio Manager - Resilient Communities within the same organization.

Before her time at the City of Melbourne, Alison worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Resilient Melbourne and as an Operations Coordinator. Her professional journey also includes roles such as Senior Manager at Global Impact Advisors, Policy + Technology Lab at Cambridge Housing Authority, and Community Service Fellow at MASS Design Group.
