Alison Tibbits is a passionate and experienced non-profit senior leader with two decades of experience driving multi-million-dollar campaigns and promoting the nationwide expansion of essential philanthropic initiatives. She has honed her extensive expertise as a strategist, visionary, and innovator in the field, creating and empowering dynamic staff teams, and leading with excellence.

Ms. Tibbits has led top-level initiatives in a diverse range of organizations, including the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the American Cancer Society. Additionally, she has a comprehensive educational background, having studied Bachelor of Communications, Bachelor of Music with a piano concentration at the University of Rhode Island.

Currently, she serves as the National Sr. Director/Vice President for Volunteer Programs and Organizational Partnerships at the Muscular Dystrophy Association. There, she's responsible for overseeing key initiatives and working towards nationwide expansion. Previously, she served as the National Director of Volunteer Programs and National Director of Endurance at the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Before joining the Muscular Dystrophy Association, she also held significant roles in American Cancer Society, starting as a Senior Income Development Representative and culminating as the National Manager of DetermiNation and Sports Initiatives.
