Alison Rahill is the Executive Officer of the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney’s Anti-Slavery Taskforce, leading initiatives such as the Australian Catholic Anti-Slavery Network (ACAN). With experience in identifying and assisting victims of modern slavery, Alison is involved in projects like 'Building Links' funded by an Australian Government grant. She is a member of advisory groups at the University of Auckland and Macquarie University, focusing on modern slavery research and workforce futures. Prior to her current role, Alison worked with organizations such as the WalkFree Foundation and the Salvation Army's Freedom Partnership to combat modern slavery legislation in Australia. With a background in labor rights spanning 16 years, Alison has represented workers in various sectors and civil cases for workplace disputes. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Adelaide and a Diploma of Education in Language from Flinders University.
