Alison Prato: Infertility Advocate, Podcaster, and Co-Founder of Fertility Rally

Alison Prato is a journalist, speaker, and infertility advocate who co-founded Fertility Rally, a community for those experiencing infertility or building families through assisted reproductive technology (ART).13

Infertile AF Podcast

In 2019, Prato launched the "Infertile AF" podcast, an unfiltered show about infertility where she talks to people about their journeys to building families.12 The podcast has over 130,000 unique downloads and loyal listeners in 50+ countries.1

Fertility Rally

In 2020, Prato co-founded Fertility Rally with Blair Nelson.13 Fertility Rally is a safe, all-inclusive 24/7 community for anyone experiencing infertility or building families through ART.15 The community has over 400 members and offers weekly support groups, events, and a virtual conference called Fertility Rally Live.4

Children's Book and Fundraising

In March 2024, Prato released her first children's book in a series about modern family building called "Work of ART: An IVF Kiddo Learns about Assisted Reproductive Technology".36 She has also launched a fundraiser for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association tied to the book.6

With over 20 years of experience as a journalist, Prato uses her skills to earn trust, develop relationships, and provide support and resources to the infertility community.37 Her mission is to normalize infertility, increase awareness and education, and create inclusive support for those facing challenges during their fertility journeys.23
