In her capacity as a Solution Architect for Risk Management Systems, Alison collaborated closely with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects. She led design authority and architectural governance forums, driving product-driven implementations that focused on minimizing risk, optimizing system performance, and enhancing ROI through the use of best practice business processes.

Alison's tenure as Head of Risk Management saw her overseeing critical committees and playing a vital role in the transformation of the risk function at organizations like Western Union. She spearheaded the development of the Enterprise Wide Risk Management infrastructure from scratch, implemented internal control systems, and integrated operational risk methodologies into the business culture.

Alison's expertise in rolling out major Risk Management projects, including those related to Basel III, Internal Models for Market and Credit Risk, Limit Management Systems, MIFID, EMIR, and banking licensing, involved close collaboration with national and international regulators.
