Alison Davis

Alison Davis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, branding, graphic design, and marketing.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder, supplemented by a focus on Art Direction from the Miami Ad School.

Alison has held key roles at various organizations, with a significant tenure at Hinge as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner within the Product department.

Her previous positions include Technical Recruiter at Amazon, Global Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Spotify, and Technical Recruiter at Howard-Sloan Search.

Alison has also showcased her creative skills as a Brand Strategist & Graphic Designer at the Bolder Boulder 10K, where she initially started as a Marketing Intern.

Her diverse professional journey includes internships at Blue Moon Brewing Company and Oskar Blues Fooderies, covering graphic design, accounting, and event management.

In addition to her corporate experience, Alison has shared her passion for dance as a former Dance Teacher at Dance Dimensions.
