Alison Brennan is the Chief Executive Officer of Einbinder Development, a third-generation real estate business established in 1965 by Joseph Einbinder.

Since her tenure at Einbinder Development, Alison has been actively involved in leasing, management, financing, and real estate development in collaboration with First Development Corporation of Hauppauge NY.

The combined efforts of both companies have resulted in the ownership and management of over forty properties including retail spaces, offices, flex spaces, and apartments across various locations like Long Island, Queens, Philadelphia, and Massachusetts.

Alison Brennan's skill set extends to tenant relations, project management, construction oversight, property maintenance, and negotiation of leases with prominent national and regional tenants.

She operates as an agent at Einbinder Development, spearheading strategic initiatives and driving growth in the real estate sector.
