Aline Gue is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and a passion for social justice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University, where she graduated cum laude. Aline continued her studies with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) focusing on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at New York University. She also engaged in a Study Abroad Program in Political Science at the University of Ghana.
Currently, Aline works at TakeRoot Justice, a legal organization based in New York City. In her role as a Senior Advocacy Coordinator and DOJ Accredited Representative, she provides essential legal and policy support to empower immigrants' rights groups and abolitionist organizations. Aline's work aims to strengthen these groups and contribute to the dismantling of oppressive systems while actively advocating for the livelihood and rights of Black and brown communities.
Throughout her career, Aline has held various positions that have enriched her expertise and dedication to social causes. She has served in roles such as Advocacy Coordinator, Paralegal, and Immigrant Women and Children Project Coordinator at organizations like TakeRoot Justice, Urban Justice Center, and City Bar Justice Center. Aline has also contributed to community initiatives and volunteered her time at places like the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center.
