Alina's expertise spans various areas such as commercial law in the corporate and banking sectors, IT and IP matters, insolvency, employment law, real estate, and Romanian restitution procedures.

Over the last 5 years, Alina has been focusing on consultancy projects, providing legal advice to international companies on compliance, restructuring, financial matters, and more.

Her notable experience includes advising major companies on regulatory compliance, assisting foreign investors with business opportunities, representing clients in procurement procedures, and handling fiscal contentious cases.
