Alina Li
Alina Li is a highly accomplished epidemiologist with a passion for understanding the neurobiological and sociocultural factors of mental illness. Her expertise lies in public health, where she completed a Master of Public Health in epidemiology at Brown University School of Public Health after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in neuroscience and behavioral biology from Emory University. Prior to her work at the Rhode Island Department of Health as an epidemiologist, she served as a student fellow at The Swearer Center at Brown University, a research volunteer at Emory University School of Medicine, and a research assistant intern at Brown University School of Public Health. Alina is dedicated to making a difference in healthcare by using her understanding of mental illness to advocate for change.
