Project Acronis Cyber Cloud - personal account for all products of the company. I am currently managing six teams (25 developers and 5 QA). Responsibilities are to:1. release planning: capacities of teams, epic assessment, kick-off meetings, gantt charts, scope prioritization together with product managers, Jira updates2. control the timing of the planned work3. distribute tasks to developers4. backlog management5. coordinate scope of work with 4 related teams6. hold daily standups, sync meetingsAchievements: Under my leadership 3 main and four hot fixies were released. The fourth major release will be released in a month.Established the process of work with product managers - new requirements, their assessment, the involvement of product managers into development team work process. Introduced a new, more transparent methodology for calculating team capacities.Established Work process with DCO, DCM, architects and security teams - the process of passing review functionality has been introduced.These changes have helped to improve the predictability and convergence of releases.
