Alin Galatan

Alin Galatan is a 5th year PhD student in Mathematics at UCLA, scheduled to graduate in June 2016. Alongside this, Alin holds a Master of Science degree in Cryptography and Code Theory. The academic journey in mathematics has honed Alin's analytical and critical thinking skills, making them adaptable in various industry settings. Alin has a solid foundation in C/C++, Algorithms, and Data Structures, having pursued Computer Science courses concurrently with Mathematics. Currently, Alin is expanding expertise in Machine Learning through a graduate course at UCLA, indicating a keen interest in applying mathematical skills in practical scenarios, particularly in Machine Learning and Data Science domains.
