Alicja Wasita is a dedicated young professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employer branding, boasting almost three years of experience in the field. Currently employed as a Junior Employer Branding Specialist at Boston Consulting Group, Alicja is expanding her expertise in brand image, event management, social media, digital marketing, and human resources. While excelling in her professional role, she also manages to pursue full-time studies in psychology at the University of Warsaw for nearly five years. Besides her professional pursuits, Alicja is known for her love of cats, passion for reading, and avid interest in traveling.
