Alicja ('Aleetsya') Nocon

Alicja Nocon is a Certified Life and Risk Actuary who transitioned into a role as a Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Consultant. With a decade of experience in the insurance industry encompassing consulting, insurance, and reinsurance, she specializes in Risk Management, Longevity Pricing, and Predictive Analytics. Her passion lies in promoting Inclusion and Wellbeing, with a particular focus on Neurodiversity and Applied Positive Psychology. Alicia is the founder of 'Expand the Circle,' a company dedicated to enhancing the understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity in the workplace. She is also actively involved in GAIN, a community promoting neurodiversity in the insurance sector. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at UEL, her research concentrates on utilizing character strengths to support the well-being of autistic adults and fostering inclusivity in work environments.
