The Soft Landing

Managed healthcare in a community based organization for developmentally disabled adults with a specialty in physical limitations, cerebral palsy, full spectrum autism disorder, seizure disorder and mental illness.  

Supervised a team of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurse Assistants.  
Developed a medication administration training course and certification for non-medical employees in the State of Kansas.  
Created and successfully implemented the first clinic in Kansas specializing in care for the unique medical needs of the developmentally disabled community.
Developed Excel-based medical information tracking system, focusing on the requirements of the State of Kansas.
