Alicia Vivian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the owner of Gibbons Werner Consulting, located in Castle Rock, Colorado. She has over 15 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry, specializing in operational strategy and financial consulting.

Education and Professional Background

Alicia earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is licensed as a CPA in both Colorado and Texas. Since August 2019, she has been providing consulting services through her firm, focusing on general accounting, bookkeeping, internal control assessments, audit assistance, and merger and acquisition due diligence. She also serves as an outsourced Controller for small businesses that require financial management support but do not have the resources for a full-time position.12

• Controller at LPMG Holdings, LLC, managing financial operations for multiple pediatric dental clinics and overseeing significant financial transactions.
• Accounting Manager at Jviation, where she managed all accounting functions for multiple offices and implemented cost-saving initiatives.1
