Alicia CHONG

Alicia Chong is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Integrated Design Management.

She graduated with dual degrees from MIT and was recognized with various prestigious awards such as the MIT Graduate Woman of Excellence Award and the MIT Legatum Fellowship.

Alicia received a full scholarship to attend the Singularity University Graduate Studies Program, focusing on exponentially advancing technologies to address global challenges.

She has hands-on industry experience working as an Electrical/Hardware Engineer at Hewlett Packard's Networking R&D Group and in the Field Applications Team at Teradyne, developing hardware and software projects.

Alicia Chong has excelled in various roles including Test Development Engineer at Teradyne at the Costa Rica site, where she was PMP certified and part of the Engineering Project Team working on diverse projects.

With a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey, specializing in Digital Systems Design, Alicia has a strong foundation in hardware design, embedded systems, and programming.

As the founder of 'Mujeres en Tecnologia' (MenTe), Alicia initiated a group for technical growth at her university and has spoken at notable conferences like the Grace Hopper Celebration for Women in Computing.

Alicia Chong furthered her education with an MBA in Banking and Financial Support Services and a BASc in Computer and Information Sciences from the National University of Singapore.

Her professional experience includes roles as a Senior Executive Assistant at New Wealth, an Executive Assistant at a Digital Wealth Management solution provider, and an Executive Assistant at GIC.
