Alicia Buffinton

Alicia Buffinton is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in design and project management, specializing in retail design for over 15 years.

As an Accredited Green Star Professional registered with the Green Building Council of Australia, Alicia has a notable achievement in delivering Australia's first retail fashion 5-star Green Star store.

With a strong background in managing retail store projects from concept design to final execution, Alicia has successfully completed over 200 stores globally in a year and 1000 stores in less than 8 years.

Her expertise extends to managing teams, overseeing manufacturing processes overseas, joinery design, construction knowledge, and effectively handling capex and property budgets.

Alicia excels in delivering innovative and captivating design concepts for both new and existing brands, and she also possesses experience in site evaluation and feasibility studies.

She holds an Associate's Degree in Interior Design from Holmesglen Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Product and Interior Design from Monash University.

Throughout her career, Alicia has held key roles such as Store Design and Development Manager at Country Road & Trenery, Country Road Group, Group Store Design and Development Manager at Cotton On Group, as well as positions at Glenpar and Leon Moulton Architecture.
