Alice Shih

Alice Shih is a professional with a strong educational background and diverse experience in psychology and communications design.

She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at National Taiwan University, where she laid the foundation of her understanding of human behavior and cognition.

Building on her educational background, Alice further honed her skills by completing a Master's degree in Communications Design at Pratt Institute, which equipped her with a deep understanding of visual communication and design principles.

Alice Shih is currently serving as a User Experience Researcher at LINE Corp, where she utilizes her expertise to enhance user satisfaction and usability of digital products.

Prior to her role at LINE Corp, Alice held the position of Staff User Experience Researcher at Trend Micro, where she contributed significantly to improving the user experience of security software.

With a background in industrial design research, Alice also has experience as an Associate Design Manager at Acer, where she worked on integrating user-centric design practices into product development processes.
