Alice Rolli

Alice Rolli, a seasoned strategic business leader, has a rich and varied professional background. She significantly contributed to the growth and expansion of a leading student travel organization, overseeing its development into an internationally recognized entity servicing over 50 countries.

Her experience extends to governmental roles, where she served as Assistant Commissioner for the State of Tennessee and as a Special Assistant in the Washington D.C. offices of a U.S. Senator. Noteworthy is her transformative leadership at Quaver, where she pivoted the company towards educator-centric growth and implemented effective sales strategies, resulting in a substantial increase in the organization's reach.

Alice's commitment to enhancing students' lives through experiential education blossomed during her time leading outdoor trips in the U.S. and Canada and teaching in a major school system. Her educational journey includes a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School, where she excelled academically and in leadership.

Dedicated to community involvement, Alice serves on the Board of Directors for WPLN-NPR Nashville Public Radio and plays a key role in the founding regional board of Teach for America. Having relocated frequently due to her husband's military service, Alice, together with her family, has found a permanent home in Nashville.
