Aliaksandr Voitau has an impressive background in the field of technology, with a Masters and Bachelors degree in Informatics from Belarusian State University Of Informatics And Radioelectronics. With more than a decade of experience working in various organizations, including Amazon Web Services, La Cto Forum, Refactorify, Tispr, Epam Systems, and Rodmon Systems, he has truly left his mark in the industry. Starting his career as a Software Engineer, he quickly worked his way up, becoming a Lead Software Engineer, an SA, and eventually, a CTO. He is a solutions architect with a strong emphasis on cloud computing and system architecture. With his experience bringing software engineering and dev skills from epam systems, and technology leadership skills from Tispr, he has become a valuable leader for any organization. He is a former founding member of Tispr and has co-founded several service startups in the past. He has been an active member of the Amazon Web Services team, where he has brought his experience in software engineering to design cloud-based architectures.
