Alia Khaled is an accomplished engineer, researcher, data scientist, and educator based in the United States. She received both her Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, where she also worked as a research assistant in the Department of Radiology. Alia's research interests range from medical imagining and image reconstruction to biomechanics and bone health. Prior to her work in the U.S., she was a teaching assistant at Cairo University, where she received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Systems and Biomedical Engineering. In addition to her academic pursuits, she has authored several children's books that teach the Arabic language, which are available on Amazon and her website, Alif Baa World.
