Ali Harfouche

Ali Harfouche is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, having worked in both Communications service providers and vendors.

His key skills and strengths include digital enablement, people management, sales, presales, expertise in billing and charging systems, knowledge in OSS, architecture, solution designs, analytics, reporting, Telco industry, payments, real-time charging, and product management.

Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from BAU and is currently pursuing his Master's degree with a pending thesis in CCE from the American University of Beirut.

Throughout his career, Ali has held prominent positions such as Vice President & Head of Sales, MEA at MATRIXX Software, Sales Director for the MEA region at MATRIXX Software, Head of Presales Organization for the Middle East, Africa, India, and SAGE at ORACLE Communications, Head of IT & Billing at Monaco Telecom, Head of Quality & Information Systems Departments at VivaCell-MTS, Head of Billing & IN Dept. at MTN Cyprus (formerly areeba Cyrpus), and various roles at MTN SYRIA (formerly Spacetel Syria) and MTC Touch (formerly LibanCell).
