Ali Badran is a seasoned CEO and financial expert with a diverse background in international banking and investment. He spent time as the GM of international banking at IIB Bank, CEO of Babylon Bank, and CEO of Fortress Investment,among other roles. He is currently the CEO of Fortress Investment - QFTF Fund, which specializes in financing non-risk averse sovereigns and jurisdictions, capitalizing banks' Tier1 & Tier 2 capital, and arranging trade line ceiling capacity. Ali studied for his MBA at California Coast University and also has a BA in business administration from the American College in London. He is experienced in the corporate and project finance advisory services, trade and commodity finance, infrastructure, solar and power generation, refineries, and gas-oil. Ali is also experienced in public sector funding for power generation, hydro, WTE, energy, oil and gas, communication, mass transit systems, tunnels and roads, airports, aircraft and aviation services, and supporting communications systems.
