Alexis Ohayon is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of CitizenPlane, a company he helped establish in September 2017.1 CitizenPlane is a distressing tool that assists airlines and tour operators in selling their leftover seats online, handling and distributing an exclusive stock of 500,000 air seats per year, primarily in Europe.1
As the CTO, Alexis is responsible for the company's tech stack and leads the development of all CitizenPlane's applications.1 His expertise lies in making pragmatic, business-oriented technology decisions, which has contributed to CitizenPlane's success, with the company reportedly on track to reach 150 million in revenue this year.2
Before co-founding CitizenPlane, Alexis gained entrepreneurial experience as the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Trusk from September 2015 to February 2017.1 At Trusk, he was in charge of product vision, user experience (UX), and front-end development.1
Alexis holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Ecole d'Ingénieurs des Technologies de l'Information et du Management (EFREI), which he completed between 2007 and 2012.1 He is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France, and is fluent in English.1
