Alexis Gut is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in creating products within the sharing economy, online ticketing, social networks, insurance, financial products, and HR employee benefits industries across various high-traffic startups and corporations in Germany and other European countries.

Alexis is an expert in innovation processes and digitalization, having worked in both startup and corporate environments. With a strong background in product strategy, management, project leadership, product discovery, workshop moderation, design thinking, service design, user research, product ideation and design, as well as the creation and implementation of innovation processes.

With a multicultural work background in Germany, Austria, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Greece, and Turkey, Alexis has significant experience in leading international teams and has a keen interest in product management, design, startups, entrepreneurship, insurance, fintech, insurtech, accelerators, incubators, corporate innovation, open innovation, agile methodologies, and design thinking.

Alexis Gut holds a degree in Computer Science & Business, Computer and Information Sciences, and Support Services from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa. Throughout their career, Alexis has held key roles such as International Product Manager, Innovation Consultant/Strategist, Head of Allianz Solutions, Business Model Development & Innovation Lead, Lecturer, UX Lead, Speaker & Workshop Moderator, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, and various design-related positions in organizations like Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, Allianz Partners, Munich University of Applied Sciences, carpooling (acquired by blablacar), MyRoomStyle, XING Events GmbH, Alexis Brion Interaction Design, European Organization for Astronomical Research (ESO), Ciao - Shopping Guide GmbH, Accenture, and BPD Consulting Argentina. Alexis is currently based in Munich, Vienna, Frankfurt, or Madrid as a digital nomad.
