Alexia Parks

Alexia Parks is a leading expert in women's leadership and the science behind it, based on her discovery of ten natural traits hardwired into the female brain. Her groundbreaking research has led her to found the 10 TRAITS Women's Leadership Academy in 2014, offering unique training programs, and seminars to engage and mobilize a new generation of women leaders, using the new science of the female brain. The Academy is the only one of its kind to offer leadership training aligned with the female brain's actual functioning. Alexia's work draws upon 40 years of research with neurobiology, physical and cultural anthropology, and split brain research.

Prior to dedicating her work to women's leadership, Alexia had an extensive career that included writing for The Washington Post's national desk, publishing magazines in NYC, and serving as communications director for an organization that represented 100 Sunday metropolitan newspapers.

Alexia is not only an internationally recognized speaker on women's leadership, but also the author of the book "Story of Women," which tells the story of women from the beginning of history to our modern times, uniting them regardless of age, country, or culture.
