Alexia Larmaraud

Alexia Larmaraud is an accomplished business professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation. She studied Preparatory Classes - MPSI / MP* at Lycée Louis Pasteur before earning her Master’s degree in Business Administration at INSEAD, an M.Sc. in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University, and completing coaching programs at Newfield Network and The Coaches Training Institute.

Alexia has worked in various roles throughout her career, including as an Engagement Manager in Leadership Development, Coach and Facilitator at McKinsey Academy at McKinsey & Company and as the Managing Director, Coach and Facilitator at Larmaraud Leadership GmbH. She is currently serving as a Transformational Faculty at Mobius Executive Leadership, where she provides executive coaching, leadership development, and facilitation services to clients.

In addition to her professional experience, Alexia is an accomplished scholar, having studied management at Technical University Munich and mathematics at Telecom ParisTech (ENST). She is a skilled facilitator and coach, with expertise in leadership development, organizational transformation, and team dynamics.
