Alexey Yakushenko

Alexey Yakushenko, an accomplished Biomedical Engineer with a Summa cum laude PhD from RWTH Aachen University, has an impressive background that spans across multiple industries. He has held various positions in organizations ranging from research centers such as Forschungszentrum Jülich to tech giants such as Intel.

Alexey has experience as a Tool Operator and Research Assistant, as well as having led projects as a Group Leader at Fraunhofer EMFT. He co-founded his startup, is it fresh GmbH, and successfully led it as CEO.

In his current role as Head of Department at Fraunhofer EMFT, he oversees the development and management of multiple projects. Alexey has also served as a Tour Guide at DAAD German Academic Exchange Service, showing his dedication to sharing his knowledge with others.
