Alexey Semichastnov is an accomplished jack of all trades in the field of software engineering and IT management. Mr. Semichastnov has extensive experience at the junction of business and system analysis, requirements, and project management, as well as software architecture. He has remarkable skills in requirements elicitation and management and technical documentation writing, with good insight into technology (databases, web development, system integration) and project management.

Furthermore, Alexey has experience participating in complicated projects with numerous stakeholders and fast-changing requirements while also developing new software from scratch. Additionally, he has vast experience in communications on all levels, from developers to CEOs, as well as pre-sales expertise.
