Alexey Komissarouk

Alexey Komissarouk is a seasoned professional with a strong background in growth engineering, team management, and product development.

He has a wealth of experience working with mid-stage start-ups, having led Growth Engineering at MasterClass from 2020-2023.

Prior to that, Alexey was involved in various roles at Opendoor from 2016-2020, where he started as an early engineer and later transitioned to managing Growth Engineering teams.

Between 2013 and 2016, he focused on building a product engineering consulting company, assisting clients like Dropbox, Pebble, Boomerang, and Binti in expanding their businesses through a strategic mix of product management and engineering.

Alexey's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found a work+travel company called Hacker Paradise in 2014, providing unique remote work experiences for professionals.

Graduating with a degree in Computer Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012, Alexey also initiated the PennApps Hackathon, a popular event drawing thousands of student participants from various universities.

Throughout his career, Alexey has held key positions in notable organizations like Reforge, Mule Consulting, MasterClass, Opendoor, and Binti, showcasing his expertise in growth engineering and team leadership.
