Alexey Filimonov

Alexey Filimonov is an experienced executive with a broad background in technology transfer, startups, and venture ecosystems. Filimonov studied physics, economics, and general management at distinguished academic institutions, including Saint Petersburg State University and Saint Petersburg International Institute of Management, where he earned an MBA in General Management.

Filimonov's professional background reflects a wealth of leadership and management experience. Most notably, he was the CEO and board member at the Association of Innovation and Technology Brokers, where he led the organization's efforts to foster technology transfer and innovation. Before this, he was the Director of Commercialization Program at the Federal Target Program's Research and Development initiative.

His other notable roles included Director of Venture Academy at GVA LaunchGurus, Director of Startup Development at Technopark Skolkovo LLC, and CEO\Executive Director of AKSIMED. Throughout his career, Filimonov has also worked in various managerial positions in technology startups, including Digital Design and Orimi Trade.

Besides management and venture expertise, Filimonov is also a business coach at the Skolkovo Startup Academy at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. He is also adept in international marketing and software development.
