Learning, working with people towards a common goal and analytical thinking are the main ways of my approach to a problem.

My first assumption is that no matter how much one thinks he/she knows, there is always a massive amount to be learned. Seek the knowledge and you will find it.

People are making all the difference when working towards a common goal. They have the problem solving capability.

I love to breaking down a problem to small pieces, put to one side what doesn’t matter much and concentrate to what can actually make the difference.
