Alexandre Tournut

Alexandre Tournut is an experienced Director of Customer Service with a strong background in e-commerce and luxury fashion. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Arts in Business from Université de Haute - Alsace Mulhouse - Colmar. Tournut has held various leadership positions within the customer service departments of major fashion companies, including Farfetch, Saint Laurent, and Burberry. He was most recently the Head of Customer Service - Farfetch Platform Solutions at Farfetch. Tournut's expertise includes developing and managing customer service teams, implementing customer service strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He is currently the Director of Customer Service at Alo Yoga.
